Mmmmmm

For someone who doesn’t count “cook” as part of his self-image, I take an inordinate amount of pleasure and pride from cooking for friends when there’s a big event. What’s bigger than Christmas? If this roast lamb tastes half as good as it smells, I’ve got more than enough reason to be proud of my limited culinary skills.
