Shrooms

I’m not really known for my cooking, but since meeting Barbara I’ve been doing a lot more of it. It’s fun to cook with her, and together we make some pretty tasty stuff. Through this new cooking habit, I’ve discovered my unreasonable affection for mushrooms. Tonight I’m cooking alone, and in half an hour this shroom mountain will be a yummy dinner omelette.
