If you don’t know who Max is, yours was a sad and dreary childhood. “Where the Wild Things Are” is one of those books I’ve admired and enjoyed for so long, and looked through so many times, I have no idea when I first read it. It’s just become a part of me. And *damn* I wanted one of those costumes when I was little.
